This unit replaced a mass-market "throw-away" unit for cleaning my decks and washing mildew off the house. There is no comparison - it's quieter, far more powerful (even though comparing the specs suggests it shouldn't be), has high-quality easy-to-use fittings and a nice solid feel when you use it, and best of all you can repair it should it break (unlike the cheap ones that break after a year or two). It is fairly heavy - I highly recommend the wheeled models, and if you need to reach upper decks, get extra hose if needed to avoid taking it up the stairs. And, of course, quality costs.
Service and delivery comments:
Shipping was delayed because the extra hose I ordered was back-ordered, and it seems they wanted to avoid the cost of separate shipping. Once it was on it's way it was quick, the driver was helpful getting it into my pickup (the truck was too big to get up my long driveway), and it arrived in perfect condition.

This is a very high quality and durable pressure washer. I use it to wash my vehicles, the siding on my house and my deck. It has performed very well. This product appears to be heavy duty and one would bet that it will last for many years. The attachment brushes for car washing do not appear to be of the same quality. My only disappointment with this product is the owner's manual, which lacks specific information. For example the manual tells you when to change the pump oil but no specifics are given about where the drain plug is located. I contacted CamSpray about a month ago with specific questions not covered in the owner's manual and have yet to receive a reply.
